Delivery within OZ is free for purchase order over $200. For orders under $200 is $10 due to recent postage hikes by Australia Post. It usually takes within 7 business days. Express Post can be arranged and delivered in 1 business day or 2 business days for remote areas. Once order is dispateched, a tracking number will be emailed to you for tracking.

International
International shipping is available. We ship via Australia Post Airmail registered.
Time frame for delivery varies for different continents. The usual time frame will between 2 to 3 weeks. Once order is dispateched, a tracking number will be emailed to you for tracking.

Return Policy
At Oz Natives, we guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason*. We allow exchange or refund within 30 days, provided your purchased items remain in good condition and not damaged, less any shipping costs.

We also allow exchange for incorrect sizing less any shipping costs. We recommend customers to refer to our “Size Info & Chart” before choosing the right size.
