Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE delivery within OZ (Australia-wide) for purchases over $200. Domestic orders are now shipped via Sendle. International packages are sent via DHL Express. *Currently parcel delivery services are experiencing delays due to interruptions associated with COVID-19. We ask customers to be patient with their order delivery.

UGG Label

The word “UGG” in Australia is used to describe a particular style of boot, not the brand. In Australia, “ugg” is considered as a generic, no company has exclusive use of this word, there are multiple registered brands include the term “UGG” in various logos and designs. Oznatives UGG is one of these registered brands in Australia. We are a genuine brand.

 

Returns & Replacements

At Oz Natives, we guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason. We allow exchange or refund within 30 days, provided your purchased items remain in good condition and not damaged, less any shipping costs.

Ordering

To order a product just click “Configure Product” button, located under the product′s picture. It will take you to the configuration page before checkout.
Once at the configuration page. Please select your desired colour first, followed by your size then click on “Add to Cart” below the size selection, and it will take you to the Shopping Cart page. In your Cart, you can edit or remove an item by clicking on ′Edit′ or “Bin Icon”. You can click on “Continue Shopping” to select more items. Check the shipping rate by entering your address. Please ensure to enter the postcode that matches with the name of the suburb. Incorrect postcode will not generate a shipping option. You can also apply any applicable coupon codes.

Once you have completed selecting your items, click “Proceed to Checkout” for the next step.

This will direct you to the payment process. Just follow the prompts which will collect information such as the shipping and payment details. Or create an account so you can log in in the future to check the progress and history of your purchases. Once your order has been processed you will receive an automated email confirming your purchase.

 

Size information

UGG sizing is different from normal shoe size. In order to choose the most suitable size for your feet.

Country of Origin

The leather, wool and sheepskin which make up most of our boots and shoes are all sourced in Australia, however, all boots are manufactured in China.
